Facilities Hire

Colac Presbyterian Church (CPC) gladly provides the opportunity for individuals and groups to hire our facilities for either single use or on an ongoing weekly basis. Our facilities are suitable for small to large size events such as birthday or special event parties, exercise/fitness groups, conferences, community group gatherings/meetings, funerals and weddings, etc.

CPC facilities may be hired following written application form submitted to and approval from the CPC Office.

Bookings Procedure

Bookings Procedure: All bookings are to be made with the CPC Office - office@colacpc.org.au
1. A booking will be considered once the following documents are received:

Facilities Hire Application Form
Facilities Policy & Hire Agreement
Certificate of Currency – Public Liability Insurance [for ABN users]

2. The hirer will be notified as soon as possible as to the outcome of their booking application.
3. All costs are set and agreed upon by CPC and the hirer, based upon the current Fee Schedule.
4. After receiving CPC’s invoice, prompt payment by the hirer will secure the booking.
